Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on a single receipt, applicable to à la carte services only. Points are not applicable for credit purchases, credit redemption, corporate voucher purchases, voucher redemption, discounted services, promotional services, or retail products. Points are calculated based on the net amount excluding GST, if any.
Points are issued only to the registered account used at the time of booking. Amendments or transfers of points are not allowed.
Points earn / redemption applies to eligible à la carte services only. 550 points entitles you to 10% off, 650 points to 15% off, and 850 points to 20% off. Points cannot be refunded, replaced, exchanged for cash, transferred, combined with other promotions, or backdated to previous visits.
This points reward system is effective from 1 January 2026 and starts from your first eligible visit. Points will be reflected the next day after your visit. Points earned are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance, with no extension.
Birthday Discount is strictly redeemable once per person at either outlet only. Any tried repeated redemption will be charged at full price. This is a one session 90-minute massage only and cannot be changed to other durations or services. It is valid strictly within the customer’s birthday month, with no extension. Customers must present a valid identity card for verification. The discount applies only to the registered customer’s name and mobile number and is strictly non-transferable.
